Whenever possible, we recommend having your foot measured. Most shoe and boot stores use a Brannock device, which is one of the most accurate ways to find your true size.
For Abilene Western Boots, we suggest going with your usual athletic shoe size. For Silverado Work Boots, we recommend sizing down by half from your usual athletic shoe size.
We aim to get your boots to you as quickly as possible, so orders are packed and shipped shortly after they’re placed. Because of this, we can’t guarantee changes once an order is submitted—but if you need help, please contact us as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to assist.
We accept returns of unworn boots within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To start a return or exchange, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
We offer free shipping within the United States, primarily via UPS. For military bases, P.O. boxes, and international addresses, we ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

All of our Silverado work boots meet key ASTM safety standards, including Safety Toe: ASTM F2413-24 I/C and Electrical Hazard Protection: ASTM F2413-24 EH. These certifications help ensure reliable protection and performance on the job.
This is completely normal. While we do our best to keep colors consistent, no two authentic hides are exactly alike, so slight variations in color can occur. Natural differences in texture, pattern, and grain are also part of the material—making each pair truly one of a kind!
